Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Express Shipping (US): 5-8 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking information to update after your order ships.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@inmognito.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
