Return Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are personal-care items, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@inmognito.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll ship a free replacement.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact support@inmognito.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship the correct product at no cost.
